A highly prized, sought after olive varietal, this California-grown organic Koroneiki extra virgin olive oil is on the more herbaceous side of all of our oils with flavors of grass, tomato leaf, and green olive. The Koronieki olive varieties produce olive oil with some of the highest polyphenol content possible. This is a robust but still well balanced olive oil.
